  It is located in the beautiful Laoshan District of Qingdao, with a total planned construction area of more than 300000 square meters. The main building is novel in design and unique in shape. The fair-faced concrete used in the project without any external decoration, which referred to as "fair-faced lotus". The essential beauty of green ecology organically combines Goethe's concept of "people, technology and nature".

  This project is the largest fair-faced concrete project in China at present, the walls, columns, beams and slabs of the project use about 140000 m2 of fair-faced concrete components. Large GFRC fair-faced concrete hanging boards are used for the structural exterior wall. Each fair-faced concrete hanging board’s area is up to 6 m2, and just the exterior wall alone used 35000 m2 fair-faced concrete hanging boards.
